EMERGENCY CARDS

An emergency card must be on file in the office for all students attending our school. Please be aware that in case of an emergency children will ONLY BE RELEASED to the people listed on the emergency card. Parents will be contacted first followed by a local contact if the parent cannot be reached. It is important to include on this card people you trust to pick up your child and to be sure that ALL of the information is accurate. If you change any information during the school year, please inform the office as soon as possible.
