ILLNESS AND INJURY DURING SCHOOL

If your child becomes ill or is injured at school you will be telephoned.  If you cannot be reached, another adult authorized by you on the child’s emergency card will be notified.  It is important that the information on your emergency card is accurate and up to date.  If emergency medical attention is needed the school will call for emergency personnel.

 When a child will be absent form school for two or more weeks due to illness, a home teacher may be provided by the school district.  A request for this purpose is available in the school office.
